Does this white powder on the leaves look like powdery mildew to you all or just normal markings on my neon pothos?

    The white powder is most likely calcium residue from water and should be harmless. If you want to get rid of it all you have to do is wipe the leaves with a damp cloth.

    It is, like Goldfish said, calcium and other mineral and vitamin buildup.

    And if the damp cloth doesn’t get it off you can dilute white vinegar in water and wipe it off that way- just make sure NOT to use cleaning vinegar. Just make sure not to leave it on the leaves and if google the ratio to be certain.
