My Meyer lemon tree has white almost powder on it and I was wondering if the was a bad thing or something I should just wash off.

Powdery mildew would be my first guess

MeasomerPiIt looks like it might just be dust? I’d clean the leaves. That will give you a good opportunity to closely inspect for pests.

HannahIt could be spider mites. Not a bad idea to check for them and clean the leaves with a Castile soap / neem oil / water solution.
