   Try using neem oil

     I believe Neem oil works on contact. You can mix it with a drop of soap and water to spray it on.

     And also use the mix to water the plant with.

   Calathea are sadly prone to browning tips and can be finicky in general. I would recommend increasing humidity and only watering with distilled water if possible. And avoiding intense light!
