I put this little air plant in water like I usually do but I left and came back and it had sunk. It is a few days later and it looks smushed and dry. Any ideas on how to save it?

DaisyPut it in a little bottle with rocks and put water on the bottom just a little bit of water till the water goes above the rocks and do a couple layers of rocks then let it sit in there up straight for a couple days and see if that does anything
