Help! This beautiful Persian shield is not happy and showing dry tips on the leaves. How can I fix this ?

My Pothos does this. I mist it just to help with the humidity and it seems to help. I’m not familiar with that kind of plant so I’m not sure if you can mist that

They thrive in humidity so misting helps
