Can someone tell me what these little black bugs are on my hibiscus plant and suggestions of the best way of removing/preventing them? I do not have a green thumb and looking up online I think they may be aphids. Will neem oil help?

I forget what there called but what my family always does is mix 1/3 parts distilled white vinegar and 2/3 water and put it in a spray bottle and spray it on the parts that have the bugs. (Don’t put in the dirt because it’s not good for the plant just on the parts of the plant that has the bugs)

They are aphids ☺️ If you have Premium you can add the problem to your plant and get a treatment plan. Spraying the plant with any pesticide or insecticidal soap needs to be done so the plant isn’t exposed to direct sun while it’s still wet from the treatment.

Either find some lady bugs (which may be harmful in excess amounts) or spray neem oil or distilled vinegar like Rayna said.
