Hi, I just bought this wandering dude a few days ago and repotted it because it was too big but it was very hard to do because the roots were stuck to the previous pot and I had to pull it and then I watered it thinking it would help but left it sitting on water for too long so I think it just went through a lot of stress and now I don’t know what to do now, any suggestions?. It still has some good leaves but I am already propagating some stems in water just in case :(

Sorry to say this but there is a, like .00001% chance that the plant can be revived. And I found out these plants are very fussy. This plant displayed multiple issues like, lack of nutrients. This lack of nutrients was caused because this plant wasn’t pruned for a long time. These plants love to be pruned so once they get a bit long, prune them they’ll branch out and it will be a lot healthier. If you want you can try to find a living part of this plant to propagate and if you can this plant is easy to propagate but there is like no chance of that.

Thank you! And yes it had VERY long branches and it had dying leaves on the bottom. I propagated some of the living parts before repotting so ill use those.

You can try pruning of some cuttings. Put them in a bowl of water to let them soak up some water for a while before propagating them in water or soil. Note that they are now called inch plant or wandering dude ☺️
