   My comment earlier didn’t go through. But check that lower leaf crack…looks like adult thrips hiding in there.

   If my orchid looked like that I would remove it from the pot and examine its roots. It looks like root rot to me 🌸

     Oh it’s definitely root rot, lol. There’s only one good root on this baby unfortunately. I just didn’t know root rot could cause yellowing on the leaves 😅

     Oh no! Poor little thing! I can recommend Miss Orchid Girl on YouTube. She has great tutorials on how to save your Phals with root rot 🙏🏻🍀
