Hello, I see a few things. 1. Is this the normal location of the plant? If so, while they can survive at lower light, they will grow leggy. 2. Did you propagate that full strand? If so it would not make it grow more leaves to root a cutting. Cutting the plant it belongs to might activate some growth points on the vines but only if healthy. 3. Is it planted in the decorative pot? Because if so, I do not recommend unless you are very experienced with watering. Without drainage, the roots stay wet for too long and while the top may appear dry, the bottom of the pot won’t be. Hopefully that helps 😊🌱

THANK YOU! I will switch it to more light. I propagated a leaf directly in water, then in soil once it had roots, and so it has grown, just looks funky. What do you suggest for a pot?

You can still use this pot, just use a plastic pot with drainage in it so it is planted in something that can drain. Once you see it is back on track, you could cut that strand and root it to repot it all together! That will create a fuller plant!

I agree with everything Snail Diva said. You could add more propagated vines and the more pruning and adding more vines to the same pot the fuller it will get :)

That’s what I was gonna suggest. If you want it to be more full, just cut it and place more nodes into the soil. Pothos will root really easily in water, but they should also do well planted right into a soil as long as you keep it watered while it’s settling. Then you’ll have more shoots growing from the part and it will be more full. When I see “leggy” spots… that’s when I tend to cut it before the legginess and then re-propagate it into the pot
