    Are your leaves hard? It looks okay besides some pest problems. The leafs aren’t withering to me from what I see. Nothing seems to be out the ordinary. Do you have perlite in your soil?

      It’s a some drainage bits but not much

      Perlite is a great source to combat bacteria I use a lot of it for my succulents. Try some out and some organic insect spray..

    Maybe too much sun too quickly. To me, it looks like sunburn. They do fine in bright light but need to be introduced to it gradually. The leaves will not heal. The marks are permanent. When you repot, use some high quality succulent/cactus soil. Or find some DIY recipes online. And do not water till soil is totally dry.
