This could be from many different things… a few common are: overwatering, pests or environmental stress. Since it’s droopy, you could be overwatering it. There could possibly be a fungus infection of the roots (root rot) so you can do a few things to help your plant baby out; you can check its roots, make sure the roots are a nice white/tan color anytime brown, black, ext means your roots are not healthy. You can fix this by cutting the roots above the damaged area and discard the dead roots, allow the plant to dry out for a few hours or overnight to allow the roots to recover and to prevent further decay. Repot the plant in fresh, free-draining compost, and make sure the pot has drainage holes to prevent water from sitting in the bottom. Next: you can check for any pests, try shaking the leaves lightly and look for any little bugs coming over. For a big plant like that, I would invest in those fruit fly sticky traps and place them near your plant. If it is a worse type of pest, I really recommend getting a neem oil based plant spray and use that all over your plant every 7-14 days, or as recommended on the instructions. Get better planty! ❤️‍🩹
