They definitely don't like to completely dry out. I water mine about every eight days. Other than that, it doesn't look too Bad. The older leaves do tend to drape a bit.

0 LikesI’m not sure, but it looks a bit dull. Maybe the water itself, maybe it has too much of a certain mineral that’s killing the plant slowly. You should test the water , if it’s not filtered let it sit for about 24-48 hours on the counter before using. If you test the water and notice it’s not within the proper ranges for the plant you’ll need to chuck the soil and repot. lol, I’m not a professional though😂it’s just my personal opinion
0 LikesIt looks like it’s still in the original nursery pot. I would go ahead and repot it into a larger pot, about 2 inches larger, and use a well draining, loose soil mix. Both of mine are in 5-6 inch pots and I water them ~once a week because they are both right in front of an east facing window and they get really good morning sun. I also fertilize with each watering. I think once you upsize the pot, it will really start to grow for you. As long as there’s new growth coming out of the middle, you’re doing great. Good luck.
