How is the drainage of the pot? Have you inspected the roots for rot?

He is in a nursery pot so drainage is good I use a mix of soil for airy and good drainage

That’s good then if it has plenty of drainage it may be a watering schedule issue so I would definitely check the roots for rot. Cut off any squishy bits, spray with alcohol and then try to water on a slower schedule than usual
1 LikeSounds like possibly overwatering and/or not enough light. Might need to check roots for rot if the leaves are squishy! Cut any mushy stinky root rot off and spray the root ball with 3% peroxide. You don’t have to dilute or rinse off the peroxide.

I need to do that cause I’m slowly losing all my leaves
2 LikesIt also looks like maybe your pot is a bit too big? Once you check the roots, maybe downsize by one to make sure it can get re-established. Or if you find its roots are mostly gone then only go 1-2” larger than whatever rootball you have left.

Thank you sm it just threw me for a loop cause all my other Alocsia are thriving
0 LikesDon’t necessarily throw the stem away if you loose all the leaves. Alocasias are also tough and can start growing. I had the majority of my mother plant die on me after I up potted into a pot way too big (before I knew better). It threw out all these corms into the soil and I put the pot outside during the Canadian prairie summer. I didn’t know there was anything living in there until end of summer after doing nothing with that pot (just storing it) a bunch of babies came up
