Hi guys I just picked up this snake plant from the store, unfortunately I didn’t inspect it closely enough and just saw that 2 of them have been cut off at the tips (click on the top pic), which I understand means they won’t grow :/ Should I propagate those? Additionally the sides of some of the leaves kinda look nibbled off, will they continue to grow tall?

Snake plants are pretty resilient. Personally, I would cut the tops of the broken leaves to resemble the others (triangular point) and let them be. Just watch the others to see what happens. They should be fine. Let the soil dry completely before watering. They are pretty drought tolerant.

Yes, snake plants are resilient and hard to kill. Sometimes the tip breakage happens during shipment from Florida. Once broken it does not repair itself but the rest of the plant will grow and that leaf will usually stay green.
