Is it normal for a kalancho for its flowers to dry up and fall off but the leaves to keep growing? I’m not sure if I just stressed it out and now it’s recovering or if this is par for the course.

    Completely normal for the flowers to dry up and fall off. I have one just like yours. She’ll keep getting bigger and giving you more flowers. 😊

    Yes, remove the spent blossoms and she'll bloom again.

    Totally normal! It'll flower again, you just need to be very patient. They're pretty hard to kill in my experience
