Bird of paradise problems. Does anyone know how I can help her? We brought her in for the winter. She was not looking great already but now looks worse. Leaves look brown and crispy at the edges. We follow the Planta suggestions for care.

BarbaraHow much light does she get? I say she because all mine are she’s.🤭. I know they typically don’t need direct light, but maybe she’s just struggling with the location change? Do you have a grow light near her?

I would cut off her damaged leaves and check on how much water she’s getting.

She is in a pretty bright room next to a sliding door wall. No grow light. Would I cut at the base? At an angle toward the center?

I would cut near the base at an angle.

I think a grow light would help and mist her regularly. They like that
