Can someone please tell me what’s up with my plant and how I can help it? I’ll admit she could probably use more sun so I’m not sure if these are burn marks, should I water more or less?? Thank you!! :]

The soil is still really wet from last weeks water so I’m a lil scared of over watering 🥲
0 Mi piaceI would check it over really well for pests like thrips. It looks like that's a newer leaf, so they're a bit more suseptible to things like pests or edema from over watering.
2 Mi piaceThank you!! I’ll try to look for anything tomorrow :]
1 mi piaceLooks like overwatering based on the oily semi translucent leaves. It’s easier to see looking at the back of the leaves. Look for oily looking patches. Causes: - Pot too big holding too much water on the roots - Poor draining soil - Pot sitting in water too long - Self watering devices are refilled too often - Too little light and lower temperatures slow growth process. Plants need less water during these conditions, especially colder months. I recommend checking the roots. Root rot is common with excess water in the soil. Stop watering until the soil almost completely dries. Repot to a smaller pot, if needed, changing the soil to a well draining one if excessive wetness or root rot is found. 🍀🪴
