Hello everyone, I have this Hoya that keeps getting these weird yellow spots on it. I've tried cutting them off but they just keep showing up on other leaves. Roots look healthy and I don't see any pests. Any advice here? I'm still very new to Hoya. Thank you in advance for your help!

It could be a couple things like overwatering, but it looks more like a fungus issue. Do you fertilize and if so, how frequently?

Yeah I use this one. I'd say I fertilize like one a month, maybe twice. Can that cause fungal issues?

I don’t know this type of fertilizer so I can’t say for sure but it could be fertilizer burns or a fungus issue! Have you taken it out of the pot to check the roots?

Too much light can produce yellowing in leaves. Try moving it further from the light source. Also, yellow leaves can indicate a need for fertilizer or fertilizer with more acid. I got rid of yellow on some of my plants by using acid fertilizer. I used a weak solution on some plants until I was sure lack of acid was the cause. I gradually increased the strength of the solution until the yellow spots and edges stopped appearing. Use caution.
