i picked up a flamingo lily off the street, pot included, that was signposted as free outside someones house. i've repotted & watered it but cant seem to diagnose what mistreatment it has faced.. can anyone help?

    what do the roots and under the leaves look like?

      roots looked all good when i repotted & i can't see any pests on the leaves etc having just checked! this is a case of proper care simply nursing it back to health? im unsure given the conditions of the leaves

    Make sure you don't see any pests and keep it away from your other plants for a week or 2 incase it has them. If it does then thats probably why they threw it out. If not then it was probably a watering issue.

      okay, great - thank you! should i do anything about the poorly leaves do you think? just wondering about how best to encourage new growth/life! guessing it'll take a good while..
