    I can’t tell but looks like they might be a type of aphid? Try an insecticidal soap spray. I use Captain Jack’s 1st sign of any pest infestation

    Aphids. A lot of aphids! Knock off as many of them as you can with spray from a garden hose. Insecticidal soap or spray from a bottle filled with dish water made with Dawn dishwashing liquid can also kill them.
