can someone please tell me how to fix this or if it’s just too far gone 😭 i was gone for a week

    I ran into this and found that watering it WAY less frequently and significantly less water volume along with moving it closer to my west-facing window helped a lot. I also removed the dead portions. Use caution (or better yet garden shears or an Xacto knife) when removing dead plant tissue. In its current state your main plant stalk will be very fragile and simply pulling off a dead leaf could damage it further.

    Is this a succulent? If so, I’m not sure how it could come back, but if you want r throw a Hail Mary, it needs repotting badly. The soil is very compact and shouldn’t have that much room from the pot. Try that, water less frequently (but saturate when you do), make sure it drains really well, and give it lots of bright light. It will take sometime to see any new growth if it’s viable.
