I have a prayer plant “Kerchoveana” that’s withering at the tips of the leaves and each leaf is slowly dying. I don’t know what to do because it’s pretty small so I’m hoping to get some help!

Check roots, always check roots—it could be over/underwatering, or root rot. Sometimes it could also be low humidity (if the leaves are crispy, not limp & mushy). A picture attached is also very helpful as well when diagnosing possible issues.
0 gillningarI've had a prayer plant for probably 15 years and every year this happens during the winter. I cut off all of the plant to about 2 in of the soil. I have to be very careful because most of the time there is new growth coming up underneath. Some people only cut off the leaves as they Brown but I end up cutting the stems short. It has never failed to come back with beautiful new foliage.
0 gillningarAre you watering with tap water? That or direct light that burns the leaves is usually the cause of browning tips. My calathea is putting out a ton of new leaves and the old ones browned and got chopped off. Do you see new shoots?
0 gillningarfiltered water has my prayer plant very happy!! i have mine under a growlight in a room with no windows. if it is near a window it could be getting too much direct light.
