Hi plant lovers. This is my sonâs lucky plant that isnât so lucky. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong here? He has only had it for a few months and kept it indoors in a room with lots of light. This is the pot it came in not sure if it should be repotted? Is it a watering problem?
Its beautiful! How often does he water it?

I would def repot it. And while ur at it you could check the roots to make sure theyâre good

0 gillningarYellowing stems can be caused by over fertilization, too much direct light, chemicals in the water (they are very sensitive to chemicals in tap water), over-watering, and temperature shifts. I don't know for sure but I think these plants might be too far gone to rescue. You might be able to propagate the greenest portions.
1 gilla Thank you I think thatâs what my son said that once the stems are yellow itâs dying from the bottom up so should we cut off the to and propagate in water to try to grow new roots?
