Hi plant lovers. This is my son’s lucky plant that isn’t so lucky. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong here? He has only had it for a few months and kept it indoors in a room with lots of light. This is the pot it came in not sure if it should be repotted? Is it a watering problem?

      He was a bit unsure as to what the watering regime should be and was giving it filtered water I think

    I would def repot it. And while ur at it you could check the roots to make sure they’re good

    Yellowing stems can be caused by over fertilization, too much direct light, chemicals in the water (they are very sensitive to chemicals in tap water), over-watering, and temperature shifts. I don't know for sure but I think these plants might be too far gone to rescue. You might be able to propagate the greenest portions.

      Thank you I think that’s what my son said that once the stems are yellow it’s dying from the bottom up so should we cut off the to and propagate in water to try to grow new roots?
