There are a bunch of tiny bugs on the bottom of my Rattlesnake Calathea. I assume they’re not thrips since they’re not on the leaves… Are these just fungus gnats that haven’t reached maturity?? I did the hydrogen peroxide treatment on the plant just in case.

    my guess is springtails. i have them everywhere and they look like that. they aren't harmful at all, they actually eat decaying material. as long as you only see them on or right after watering days you're fine, but if they're all the way at the top of the surface all the time you might have a problem with the roots.
