Lemon Tree - Fungus?

Good Morning, Does anyone know what this could be on my lemon tree in Southern California…maybe fungus?

    • Lemon Tree - Fungus?

      It’s only those leaves that look dehydrated. It gets a small amount of water each day. I sprayed for fungus. Tomorrow I’ll spray with neem oil. The lemon tree itself looks healthy.
