This Striped Dracaena plant was watered over 2 weeks ago, but never gets dry and I’m afraid maybe it’s got rot. It’s so big and heavy it’s hard to move or check. Any suggestions what’s going on or if I’ve been overwatering?

A few questions - how much light is it getting? I’ve read dracaenas prefer to err on being dry. And, my dracaena started doing a lot better once I switched to rain water from tap. I’d give it another week or two to dry out especially if it’s in less direct light.
1 j'aimeOkay, I’ll let it go. It doesn’t get a ton of light. But has been usually been pretty good here for the last 5 years

I concur about the water. It doesnt rain a lot here, so I put a few drops of water conditioner- the stuff that makes water safe for aquariums- in to my pitcher. Just add a few drops per gallon of water.
1 j'aimeIt never occurred to me to do that! 🤯
1 j'aimeIt looks to be a fungal problem from overwatering. Try poking holes in the soil to help dry it out. I would also cut the bad areas and spray fungicide on the leaves to halt the spread of the fungus. Adding a grow light may also help. Use a mix of peroxide and water at next watering and make sure it dries out in between waterings. I’m keeping my fingers crossed 🤞🏽. It’s so gorgeous!
2 J'aimeThank you! Could you recommend a good fungicide for this plant?
0 J'aimeThank you! What sort of mix of peroxide to water? Is this just hydrogen peroxide?
0 J'aimeI typically use a 50/50 mix
