Hi all, I have fungus gnats. I’ve been using mosquito bit tea to get rid of them and it is slowly working. But I have a few questions about it. Can I add my liquid fertilizer to my tea? I use Superthrive. My plants haven’t been “fed” in a month. Also, is it safe to touch the bits or even the dunks with my hands? I threw in a pic of some of my plants just cause.

    You can mix the ‘tea’ with the liquid fertilizer and the SuperThrive. Then, water as usual with the mix. Let the soil dry out before watering again. Follow the label directions. Wear gloves. Don’t breathe the dust.

      I’m not gonna lie. I broke up three dunks with my bare hands. Will I be ok?

      You’ll be fine! Dunks in particular are very safe. Wash your hands after using the bits.
