Please helpppp!!!! The soil is wet but it’s been two weeks since I watered her! Shes given me a new leaf and it’s beautifully growing but now it’s starting to yellow on the top and I’m scared it won’t stop! What can I do! Ps. she’s by a humidifier and a grow light!

Hi, yay for new growth! I would pull it away from the humidifier to let the soil dry out some. Is the pot sitting inside a decorative pot? If so, I’d keep it outside of the decorative pot for a while so it can get circulation/dry out some.

The pot may be too big and holding too much soil. Excess soil holds excess water the plant can’t use up in a reasonable time leading to root rot. Consider reducing the pot size. Check the potting mix ingredients for materials good at holding water for extended periods like peat and sphagnum mosses. Consider reducing the amount of these extra absorbent material in the mix. 🪴🍀
