Overwatering or possibly blight. How often do you water them and what’s the temperate ranges like there right now?

The temperature is pretty weird recently, going from very hot to cold. I think around 60-90. I water every other day

Yellow leaves could be cause by any number of situations. If the leaves are towards the bottom of the plant it could be they just aren’t getting enough light but it isn’t a problem. They can be removed. I grow my tomatoes in self watering pots and they can take up as much as 2 gallons a day this time of year so if you are somewhere the heat has been scorching I’m thinking it probably isn’t overwatering. Especially if the yellow leaves are browning…they could be under watered. It could also be a fungus. If it is on a few select branches I would just remove them and watch the plant carefully. Much of dealing with yellow leaves is trial and error.

There was a small mushroom near the base of my tomatoes so I think it may have a fungus

Mushroom are an indication of soil health so don’t panic on that front. I noticed the leaves are curling in on the first photo which can indicate it isn’t getting enough water. So I would try increasing the water first.
