Both are the same exact plant bought on the same exact day. One is thriving. The other is slowly dying. Both are treated the exact same.

Wow weird! Sorry i don't have an answer.
0 J'aimePlease don’t take it too personally even experts sometimes lose plants. There are many factors to consider. Plants, much like humans, are not all the same, even within the same species.
0 J'aimeHi there, are you checking if the soil is still wet before watering each of these or are you going with Planta’s schedule?
1 j'aimeYes I started doing that with my other plants as i noticed planta was asking me to water and the soil was still damp.
0 J'aimeI wondered if the differences were partly due to the plants and soil having different rates at which they were using the water, different rates of evaporation as well. So if both were getting watered at the same time, one plant could be failing if the soil was wetter and roots were being exposed to water too soon
0 J'aimeSame plant, same day, but you don’t know what their care was in the store before you bought them. One may have received totally different care in the store compared to the other.
