My plant Florest Kalanchoe doesn’t look ok. Some of the leaves are drying out. I water it every two weeks with tap water and place it away from direct sunlight like in the middle of my living room but after doing some research, it seems that it should be placed next to a window. Is it going to burn?

They like sun!! And try filtered water, tap water has chlorine in it :)

I have mine outdoors, my leaves get crispy when I don’t water it enough. Plants on an exact schedule isn’t a great idea, as they grow more roots they need to be watered more often, that’s why we eventually repot.. too many roots means it can’t hold moisture long. I would check it after a week and a half or so, if it’s already dried out you may need to increase your watering frequency

It’s good to have a watering can full of water that’s been sat out for 1-2 days before use, it gets rid of some unwanted chemicals in the water so there’s no build up straight from the tap :)

A tip about flowers, they live for that long but plants do
