Good news, bad news! I have identified the problem (hopefully early enough)! ROOT ROT 😬 I’ve dug her out and rinsed her. She’s drying now, but I don’t know where to go from here! Do I treat with hydrogen peroxide? Rubbing alcohol? I don’t wanna repot until I’m sure! (New pot on the left there, don’t worry!)

To be honest, I don't see any root rot anywhere. The roots look perfectly healthy to me. Did you remove any brown mushy/ slimy roots? If so, you can dip the roots in one part 3% hydrogen peroxide to 3 parts of water to eliminate any remaining fungi/bacteria.

I didn’t think to take a picture until I’d removed the brown gross roots. Thank you so much.

Oh ok. Thanks 🙂 Then I would definitely use some hydrogen peroxide.
