How is your drainage in that pot. It can be a few things overwatering, fungal or bacterial infection or fluctuating temperatures around your plant. Most likely overwatering

Ive had the plant for 3 years and have been watering the same on a regular schedule. The drainage on the plant is pretty good as well. Im not sure whats going on.

when was it last repotted? if you repotted recently there could be leaf drop from the plant re-acclimating, but this looks like overwatering to me. if it's been in the same pot for a long time it's possible the soil is compacted and holding too much moisture, though i'd imagine you'd also see poorer drainage if that was the case...

How is the airflow around it?

Consider moving it to another spot in your home, it may just need more air flow

Just wanted to add a reminder here that watering schedules aren’t always best! If airflow, humidity levels, or temperature have changed a bit in your home, or if you’re inconsistent with the amount of water added, that can throw off the frequency of watering that a plant needs. Or light levels - maybe you have a tree that’s grown up and blocked much of the window, for example! It’s really best to feel how dry the soil is first, before watering. Best of luck!
