I have not heard of this?! I would recommend ordering BTI drops of Amazon. You only need 1 drop per 1 Gallon of water

What are BTI drops? Can’t seem to find anything of that specific name but I may be missing something. Is it safe for vegetables?

Thanks! They seem safe to use for vegetables.

a castile soap solution will kill any adult gnats flying around but the babies living in the soil will need to be treated differently. i used a hydrogen peroxide flush but you can use biological control methods like the BTI mentioned above or beneficial nematodes. keep in mind that gnats only breed enough to be a problem when your soil is retaining too much moisture. for indoor container plants, switching to a media with more chunks (i like sol soils’ mixes and those from repotme dot com) and thus more air will eliminate the gnats’ breeding ground. they are attracted to the compost and peat moss in many commercial mixes.
