My hydrangea blooms are starting to turn green and wilt a little. Should I be concerned?

This is how it looked March 4th…much brighter color.

They die fast here in Massachusetts so it seems normal for me but u should always check for pests but sometimes flowers just die. Is the soil dry?

No, the soil is wet. I’ve been bottom watering it. No pests that I can see. My son bought it for me for Valentines Day. It’s in the same pot he bought it in. Should I repot it?

Lift it up and check and see if its roots are densely gathered around the edge of the soil you can see it if not, then leave it alone, but it totally could be in need of a repot

This could just be normal aging of the bloom. All mine are outdoor in ground and they’re newer to me. Crazy plant lady has some good advice
