just noticed all this mold and I’m literally going into shock I’m sure this isn’t good😔 will I lose my snake plant or will it bounce back with a repot? other than the mold in the soil the plant is healthy…

    you can always propagate them! cut them from the bottom into an upside down V shape and place in water or moist soil :)

    That's definitely flowerpot parasol. It's totally harmless to plants; it just likes similar growing conditions. If you have pets or children, don't let them eat the mushroom, but otherwise you can leave it and watch a fun little mushroom grow. If you want to remove it for aesthetic reasons, you can pick out the mushroom bloom and/or treat with a fungicide to get the mycellium. A bloom every once in a while is fine, but if you see mushroom blooms frequently, it's a sign you might be overwatering
