So I’ve grown an avocado plant from seed and it was time to up-pot it. I decided to put it in a grow bag and tried to prepare it for transitioning to outside. The first day I set it out for 2 hours. The next day about 4 hours. This morning this is what she looks like😭😭😭 Did I stress her out too much?? Is there any resolve??
I would have done shorter increments for longer periods of time. So like 30 mins a day for a week then 1 hour a day for a week. Or like a week outside in shade, then a week in partial shade for the plant to harden up. I’m sure the internet has better recommendations but 2 hours to 4 hours in the summer time, not even accounting for full partial or shade sun or accounting for usda zone sounds harsh.
