I just can’t seem to get along with my Hoya Lisa Australis. New leaves keep dying off before they even fully grow, and I’m not sure why. It keeps putting out new shoots, but the plant stays bare because so many of them die too early. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Too little light? Underwatering? Pests? Do you fertilize? It’s hard to know without any context

What does the entire plant look like? What does the soil look like? How often do you water? Have you checked the roots?

Thanks for looking into this! I bottom water it once ~10 days. The plant sits under grow lights during the day. No pests have been observed. I haven't checked the roots yet
