Fiddle Leaf Fig

My fiddle leaf fig has been displaying some dark brown discoloration on the leaves. She gets east sun (morning sun) and she’s in the window. She gets watered every 7-9 days and fertilizer (general indoor) every month. We have a humidifier operating in our plant room (living room). Any help would be appreciated.

Hmmm this looks like a fungal issue to me. Or at least it looks similar to when my plant had black fungus. You could start a fungicide treatment like neem or sulfur and see if it improves!

sometimes too much fertilizer can ‘burn’ the leaves! i’ve had this happen before to one of my plants. if you know for sure it’s not the fertilizer, then maybe it has something to do with the roots. could be root rot, fungal issues like the other comment suggested, if she’s been repotted recently, the roots might’ve got into shock. there’s unfortunately a lot of things that could cause this :((
