    She’s overwatered; the pot looks to be too large compared to the size of the plant. (1-2in max larger than the root ball) and the soil looks dense, it’s holding too much water so the roots are sitting in too much moisture. I would gently remove from the pot, check the roots and trim any that are brown and mushy, and repot into a small pot with some chunky soil, you can also add perlite to improve the drainage đŸŒ±

    I’m using the soil recommendation on here but will go down pot size and add perlite

    Also, I would make sure it is not getting direct sunlight.

    One more possibility is they do best with distilled or RO water. Maybe one more. They need high humidity. Same care as calatheas.
