I’m 60% sure that these little white dots are fungi but I’m not entirely sure. Does anybody know what these little guys are in my pothos plant?

yeah this is a fungus — probably harmless but this soil does look verrrry wet (maybe you *just* watered?) be sure to let it dry out well before watering again to control fungal growth
0 LikesI did just water, most sources say that pothos soil should be damp and not dry out completely, but maybe I should let it dry out a bit more.
0 Likesi let mine dry out until the top three inches of soil have dried — i have two old & successful goldens 😊 i definitely wouldn’t recommend allowing these to stay in perpetual dampness like you would with an alocasia for example
0 LikesPothos absolutely thrive in soil dried out between watering. The damp is not good for them. I actually let them dry out more like 50-75% of the way- sometimes dry to the bottom of the pot then water. I have had mine for 7 years and they are ridiculous and huge. Light too!! They really take off with a good bright light source.
1 LikeThis has happened to me before too. I placed the pot outside to get a bit of sun for a few hours.
