This is my foster dracena, I think šŸ˜­ he needs some loving. Should I propagate (where Iā€™m pointing in the 3rd photo) and see if I can save him? His other shoot is doing just fine, 4th photo

    I would propagate the new shoot and chop the head off of the mother where you are pointing and let it reshoot. Also Iā€™d put it in a smaller pot.
