I recently got this aloe Vera, I watered it today but it’s not really doing good, Should I cut off the dead parts or do something else?

    I may be wrong but it looks like the bottom most branch (the oldest branch). It’s normal for the oldest to die off as new branches/leaves form so I’d say it’s fine to leave it unless you really want cut the brown off. As far as watering goes, I only water my aloe when the soil looks completely dry. The leaves will start to get less plump so you’ll know when the soil is dry!
