    Looks like it’s curling in, with the browning, I’d say lack of water.

      Okay. I recently drilled a hole on the bottle because it didn't have drainage and the soil was obviously soaking and sitting there.

      Oh, are the leafs dry, or more squishy? If squishy, definitely overwatering. But by the looks, I would have guessed underwaterng

    I may be wrong, talking my experience only, when a plant goes full suicide mode as I call it, it’s usually root rot. It doesn’t happen over night but rots slowly. I never tell anyone to pull the plant out and check the roots cause that’s just another stress if the rots are fine. But here I’m pretty sure this is root rot.

    I would check the roots. If it was waterlogged for a while in there is a good chance they are rotten. How does the bulb feel? Is is soft? If it is there is no hope. If it’s still firm there is. Un pot it and remove all soil and check the roots. Snip all of the leaves off and repot in a good sandy well draining soil. I had one grow new fronds after being cut 100% back and no roots.

      Make sure it has plenty of light and keep the soil damp but not wet. It will take a while, but you could totally salvage this plant. It needs good light. If not the fronds get lanky and short spiked for lack of better terms.
