How can I save my peace and flamingo lily? I used a cleaning solution and ever since then my lilies have been declining aggressively. How can I fix this šŸ˜„

    Oh no!! You ll have to cut all the bad leaves off and hope for the best. Sorry, that wasn't very helpful šŸ˜¬šŸ™ˆšŸ™ˆ but i don't know what else you can do. Hope someone else knows.

    Iā€™d recommend cutting off all of the affected leaves, then repot them and when you do, rinse the roots all off, repot it, and prayšŸ˜­šŸ¤ž

      Stop using cleaning solutions. Use only water. Hope for the best

    When you say cleaning solution, Iā€™m assuming you mean on the leaves. I wouldnā€™t cut off all the leaves but just the brown parts if you can. Youā€™ll need all the healthy leaves you can get to keep it growing and pushing out more healthy leaves. Cutting all leaves back will take a long time for both of those types to grow back. Once you start seeing healthier growth, then you can cut those damaged leaves completely off. If you put cleaning solution in the soil, definitely re-pot. I wipe my leaves with neem oil/bronnerā€™s peppermint soap. It keeps pests away. It every 4th cleaning (about every other month) I use distilled water to wipe them all down. Too much oil can also stop them from ā€œbreathingā€/photosynthesizing. No expert but just what has been shared with me and so far has kept my peace lilies and anthuriums happy! The flamingo plant anthuriums I mean.

      I just re-0potted mine after 4 years last month. And moved them under their own grow light. Grow lights are such a life saver for me since I donā€™t get a ton of natural light. Itā€™s high enough to not burn their leaves,

      Yes, the solution I prepped was neem oil, peppermint soap, alcohol n water. Iā€™ll skip the alcohol next time
