I would check how much space the roots have. It may need a slightly larger pot if it’s not getting enough water

I recently had to revive my boyfriend’s peperomia (AKA bring it back from the dead). I stuck her in water after removing some of the bottom most leaves (which you can propagate), and she is loving it! Once I took it out of the pot I realized she had literally almost no roots, even though I got it for him 2 years ago. It’s now finally growing roots in water and blooming!!

I will preface by saying if you stick them in water only put the tiniest portion of the bottom stem(s) in the water as the stems I’ve noticed are prone to root rot. You can also throw in a drop of 3% hydrogen peroxide to help with this

Repot into well draining soil, either cactus soil or make your own by adding perilite etc. prefers terracotta and likes to dry out. Likes sun but indirect sun

I would spray the roots with antifungal copper or neem oil too
