Does anyone know what might be going on with my Croton ‘Petra’ as it appears to be loosing all its leaves. I recently got this plant and not sure what I might be doing wrong.

    That’s what’s been happening to mine. I have no idea, it’s always been easy.

      I bought it about 2 weeks ago and would have repotted it which can cause the leaves to drop off. But it also says over or under watering the plant can cause those issues so hopefully with some time it grows new leaves!

    Do you move it, bump into it, look at it wrong? Any of those could be causing the leaves to drop haha. But seriously they don't like to be touched or moved so be careful. They love water and humidity. I have had my golden dust Croton for at least 5 yolears now but i couldn't keep the petra alive. It dropped leaves until there wasn't any more. Its probably in shock. I'm so sorry i hope it will hang on for you!!

      My fire croton just bit the dust and this is so true lol. They just love to be a problem!

    Oh i put mine in a self watering pot and i keep water in it all the time. It seems to love that. So you could try that if/when it stops dropping leaves in a week or two..
