I got gifted this heartleaf potho from my aunt. It wasn’t doing so good when I got it. I need to add more soil and also I repotted it just in an inch bigger pot so I had room to work with but do I get her to stop the leafs changing. How do I get her to be more fuller without overwatering n over sunning her??

She barely had roots when I repotted it. I’m trying to save her. I don’t want to cut her but if I need to I will to save her! I buried some of the vines but I left most of it hanging as you see.

If you want to have a full plant I would suggest propagating and filling the pot back up with the rooted props. I would also be wary of placing this plant in full sun, it will most likely burn. 😊

If it barely had roots when you repotted, then using a bigger pot is not a good idea. You want the pot to be only an inch wider than the entire root ball, otherwise when you water there will be too much excess moisture from all the extra soil and the small amount of roots won’t be able to soak it all up. This will leave your soil wetter for longer and likely cause root rot for the plant. As for growing her fuller, I would suggest chopping about half of your length and propagating it. Those lanky vines will thank you. :)
