Hello! I got my lucky bamboo about 6 months my now. He's been doing very good, growing strong, etc. Lately, some sticks have been turning yellow, then brown. I've already taken out about 3 of them. I'm not sure what to do 🥲. Help please.

Where the water is ? Put filtered water or water that you buy at the supermarket to drink and remove the dried leaves, put it where it has light not sun, you are killing it.

That could be that it lacks light, put it where it has light not sun just light where it gets air not a strong breeze, a little air and the most important thing water if you don’t have a water filter buy water that is bought to drink in supermarkets that doesn’t have Clorox it’s purified, those yellow parts cut them off and throw them away they’re no longer useful when you cut them light a candle in the melted candle inside the bamboo to seal the tips so that bacteria doesn’t get in, if you cut the yellow parts the good that remains put them in water until the roots grow, which will happen after one or two months if you want you can put it in soil and they will grow bigger but if you like it as decoration you can leave it in water Good luck 😁

I'll make sure to throw away all yellow parts🫡. Plus, thanks a lot for all the info! I do use filtered water, but did not know much about the lighting and how it grows more in soil.

You can put it where it gets daylight near a window maybe but not in the sun, and you can change that pot put it in a deeper glass one, look at an image of how they grow in the ground

Maybe there's a few antisocial individuals that don't like to be in crowds :)

If you're not already using these, you should use either distilled, rain or filtered water. Bottled water for drinking sounds reasonable but if they put additives in it they may not agree with your plant.

Warm temperatures, average humidity, and maybe a single drop of liquid fertilizer in the water. Roots should never be exposed.

Do you mean roots should never be exposed to air? Like, out of water? 😯
